Saunders Global were commissioned by Chapleys Foodland to undertake a shopping centre design to create a town centre in this new sub division, starting with an anchor supermarket of some 3,000 m2 and speciality shops and services, Saunders have created a concept Master Plan that has gained approval and received endorsements from all stakeholders, Giving confidence to move forward with the development process.
