Saunders Global were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study into the site potential for a substantial mixed use residential development.  Early modelling and planning studies revealed the form and shape of the development and have lead to positive response from local and state government stakeholders.  With a true mixed use development community sense of place.  We believe this project will be a benchmark in the Adelaide 30 year plan.
