'An Asian inspired restaurant concept for the Sydney CBD'

Working with this sucessful restaurant concept originating from the UK, Saunders Global created a variety of boutique concept designs for the new Sydney restaurants to complement the dining experience. Wagamama restaurants signature design features minimalist concepts,, long, communal tables and young, friendly wait staff and the core demographic in the much sought-after 25-35-year-old professional. By adding a bar and great coffee we were able to extend the trading hours, thus increasing the restaurants return.
